Not many have heard of the comedy series Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai!! Well, to all those haven’t, you ought to take time off star world and switch to &TV. So here are a few things that will tell you about this amazing show in nutshell!!
1) A Kanpur based series revolves around lives of two couples (Vibhuti Narayan and Anita & Manmohan Tiwari & Angoori) who are immediate neighbors. As women who are at far cry from each other are engrossed into their own lives, men are on a common mission of impressing each other’s wives.
2) A catchy phrase by Angoori Bhabi, every time someone comments on her almost nonexistent English vocabulary skills is something that you will often get to hear on the show. Though it is used nearly 50 times in each episode, you will never really get bored of it.Hail Angoori bhabi who can pull of ‘’Sahi Pakde Hain!!” with absolute perfection.
3) We are all familiar with Joey from F.R.I.E.N.D.S. who has mastered the art of subtle flirting. But wait, Vibhuti Narayan and Manmohan Tiwari are no less. Their humorous flirty talks with their neighbor’s wives that mostly reap nothing to them can actually be of great help to many.
4) Anita Bhabi aka Gori mem who is supposedly the beauty queen pageant winner is the cynosure of the entire neighborhood men gang. Her snowy complexion, impeccable fashion sense and beauty consciousness have surely fetched her many fans none bigger than Manmohan Tiwari.
5) Who can better understand acid remarks that an unemployed person has to take than our own Vibhuti Narayan aka Vibhu. Inspite of often being taunted as “Yeh bichaare Nalle (unemployed) hain!!’’ does not break his spirit to remain nalle forever. And why not?? It does give him some more time to flirt with his favorite Bhabi ji.
6) Equally intriguing is the supporting cast of the show. Happu singh (corrupt police officer),Tika, Malkhan who form the entire laundo ki gang are always seen on the street with their endless witty talks.
So get yourself all set for tonight!! After a tiresome day at work the “Bhabi ji ghar par hain” team will be waiting for you at 10.30 pm on &TV.
